Well, I was dying for some of Windsor’s delicious pizza, and since I couldn’t find anything comparable in B.C., I decided to make my own.

At the same time I decided to educate Celeste on the importance of kneeding dough….

making a good sauce…

and using quality toppings. The pizza turned out great, even if I do say so myself, and Celeste has a lot of pizza making potential.

Our friend Everett drove up from the mainland for a week’s visit. He brought Celeste these really cool Dora legos, as well as a big bag of mega blocks. She was so thrilled that she yelled out “Oh, my gosh!”

Every year the Wild Life Park celebrates the holidays by decorating the park with hundreds of x-mas lights, classical music, and bon fires. So of course we just had to check it out.

The park was full of beautiful and imaginative displays.

Celeste and I made sure to buy our tickets for the x-mas train.

I think the train ride was Celeste’s favourite part of the evening.

Sitting by the bonfire was my favourite part of the evening. All we needed was a few marshmellows to toast by the fire. Ah well, maybe next year.
